After years of silence following its E3 2019 reveal, FromSoftware and Bandai Namco Entertainment have finally unveiled a new Elden Ring trailer during Summer Game Fest 2021. Appearing to be the next true “Soulsborne,” Elden Ring is a dark fantasy action-role playing game directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin.
The new Elden Ring trailer left a lot of questions unanswered, but we’re happy to confirm this game is, in fact, real! The gameplay reveal trailer does give a glimpse of a beautiful new game-world and combat familiar to fans of the Souls series. We hope to learn more about the game during Bandai Namco’s showcase on June 15th at 5:25PM ET.
